Based in the stunning grounds of Lime Cross by our beautiful lake, this 4 hour workshop will be exploring traditional herbal first aid remedies and herbs to include in our own medicine chest for your day to day well being. We will look at herbs suitable to plant in your garden, window box and allotment, so everything you learn will be transferable to your own home and garden!
A thoughtful, tasty ‘tapas’ style lunch will be prepared for you to enjoy in our sunny cafe garden. We can cater for vegans, veggies and celiacs and if you have any other requirements please do let us know.
You will all receive a “goodie bag” and a botanical cocktail (mocktails available) at the end of your class.
