You will find out:
Sunday 7th October to Wednesday 10th October – 90 minutes each day, Sunday time to be confirmed with teacher, Mon- Wed 2:30 pm start.
Personal instruction (90 minutes).
One-on-one instruction in the TM technique with a certified TM teacher.
Days 2 to 4:
Small group sessions (90 minutes each)
Complete knowledge and understanding of the technique to ensure you continue to enjoy maximum benefit.
