Product Description

Abies koreana ‘Silberkugel’ is arguably the most distinctive of a group of miniature Korean fir. ‘Silberkugel’ has a mound of branchlets that appear to spread horizontally over the top of the plant. Each branchlet is slightly curved with the foliage concentrated more toward its tip. The older branchlets are beneath the younger ones as the plant dependably grows into the shape of a broadly spreading cushion. A specimen will become somewhat flat-topped as it ages, growing less than 1 inches (2.5 cm) per year. (Fincham, Robert L.)
