Arrive at 8:30 am and meet down by the lake, settle in, before an hour long dynamic and invigorating hatha yoga session, (starting at 8:45 am) surrounded by nature and the calming sounds of the water. The session is suitable for all levels, Gemma will tap into the groups ability and offer alternative moves for different strengths. Following this plunge into the beautiful soothing lake feeling empowered and liberated. Warm up in the wood fired hot tub, then maybe jump back into the lake ! This kind of hot and cold water submersion is great for your circulation and feels amazing.
At 10:45 am everyone will head up to Olive’s Café for a delicious 2 course power brunch, brunch consists of home made granola, fruit & yogurt, fresh juice, freshly ground coffee or Cornish grown tea, eggs anyway you’d like them, home grown greens, avocado, mushrooms, bacon/ salmon/ vegetarian sausage, sourdough toast. (Please let us know of dietary requirements and we will adapt the menu accordingly).
At midday set out on a stroll through the ancient woodland at Lime Cross, discovering history, flora, fauna and alpacas.
1 pm return to the decked area of the beautiful lake for an uplifting hour long hatha yoga session with Kate Gregory, Kate adapts the class to suit all levels ensuring that everyone will feel suitably challenged and supported.
At 2 pm take the plunge into the crystal clear lake for an invigorating wild swimming session Hop into the wood fired hot tub to warm up and finish the day with a glass of bubbles and some home made cake.
N.B- Participants must be confident and capable swimmers, however a lifeguard will be onsite throughout but if you are nervous of wild swimming do let us know so that we can support you. This event is subject to bookings, unfortunately we are unable to run the event if we do not get the minimum required number of bookings, we will however provide at least 72 hours notice.
