Saturday Morning Yoga & Wild Swimming 2019, 8:45-9:45 am


Take part in an hour long dynamic hatha yoga class, followed by an invigorating wild swim.  You must be a confident swimmer to attend.

Product Description

Gemma practises and teaches yoga in Sussex she has been trained by the British Wheel of Yoga, who are the sports governing body for yoga. This means she is experienced, careful, patient and totally dedicated to sharing yoga with you.  Join Gemma for this dynamic and invigorating hour long yoga session Saturday morning at 8:45 am on the decked lakeside area surrounded by nature and the calming sounds of the water. Arrive 10 mins early to organise mats and spaces. The session is suitable for all levels, Gemma will tap into the groups ability and offer alternative moves for different strengths. Then plunge into the beautiful soothing lake feeling empowered and liberated. Warm up in the wood fired hot tub, then maybe jump back into the lake ! This kind of hot and cold water submersion is great for your circulation and feels amazing. Don’t fancy swimming ? £20.00 per session, or book a block of 6 for £100.00

Join in on full day and half day brunch retreats on selected Saturdays with Gemma and Kate.

N.B- Participants must be confident and capable swimmers, however a lifeguard will be onsite throughout but if you are nervous of wild swimming do let us know so that we can support you. This event is subject to bookings, unfortunately we are unable to run the event if we do not get the minimum required number of bookings, we will however provide at least 72 hours notice.
