Yoga & Wild Swimming 6:00-7:30 pm


Take part in an hour long dynamic hatha yoga class, followed by an invigorating wild swim.  You must be a confident swimmer to attend.

Product Description

Take part in a dynamic hour long hatha yoga class with Kate Gregory (6-7pm). Take an hour for yourself to reflect on the week and invigorate yourself for the weekend.  This class is more challenging than Kate’s morning class, however it is still suitable for beginners, but a fairly good fitness level is required. Then plunge into the crystal clear waters of the Lime Cross lake, invigorating yourself and connecting with nature (confident swimmers only). Warm up afterwards in the wood fired hot tub.
