Maryann's classes are designed to move you mindfully through different exercises to strengthen and lengthen your body and calm your mind. From dance training, fitness training to Yoga training, Maryann has learnt from so many experiences in the exercise world. She likes to make classes enjoyable, knowledgeable and accessible to everyone. Be prepared to work hard but find peace and calm in your Yoga practice.
Please arrive 10:45am, park in the main Lime Cross car park and take the drive way off to the right of the main building down to the lake. Please note that there are toilets by the lake, the toilets in the car park are no longer accessible.
11:00 am: Take part in an uplifting dynamic yoga lesson. This class can be adapted to suit all levels ensuring that everyone will feel suitably challenged and supported.
The class lasts for 1 hour and will be followed with a refreshing fruit spritzer to rehydrate.
Noon: Following a wild swimming safety briefing, take the plunge into the crystal-clear lake for an optional invigorating wild swimming session. Warm up in the heavenly wood fired hot tub.
1:30 pm Having worked up an appetite you will enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared seasonal lunch served by the lake. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
2:20 pm Set out on a stroll through the ancient woodland at Lime Cross, discovering history, flora, fauna and alpacas. Discover the newly planted 'Secret Vineyard', and conifer nursery.
3:30 pm: Finish the day with homemade cake and glass of 'The Secret Vineyard' sparkling wine or Lime Cross Orchard Apple Juice.
4:00pm finish.

Participants must be confident and capable swimmers. If you are nervous of wild swimming do let us know so that we can support you. We will ask you to fill out a short health check questionnaire on arrival, but please discuss any health issues or injuries with us so that we can fully support you. We believe that there is no such thing as bad weather and ask that in the event of rain or gloom you arrive prepared with warm clothes, wellies, umbrellas etc. We have some undercover areas available, but the main decked area is open to the elements. This event is subject to bookings so we are unfortunately unable to run the event if we do not get the minimum required number of bookings, however we will provide at least 72 hours’ notice. We will also cancel events if there is a chance of lightning, this might happen quite close to the start time of the event, due to the unpredictability of our UK weather.
