Our homemade Cider Beef Casserole with Yorkshire puds is a delicious treat for one or to be enjoyed by two.
Ingredients: Diced beef, onions, carrots, leeks, parsnips, mushrooms, tomato puree, tomatoes, bay leaf, parsley, thyme, cider, beef stock and pepper. Yorkies: Flour, eggs, milk, oil, salt and pepper.
Allergens: Wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, sulphites.

To be kept frozen, use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use within 24 hours. Oven cook only, not suitable for microwave cooking. Pre heat oven to 175 o c, remove lid and place defrosted meal onto a tray still in its foil container oven cook for 30-35 minutes or until food is pipping hot.
