We are excited to announce that tickets are now available for our exclusive wine maker dinner with Moritz Bak, owner and wine maker of the renowned Roussillon wine brand Res Fortes. Wines will be will be paired with delicious courses created by chefs Oscar & Jules. During the dinner Moritz will explore the complexities of his wines and this incredible region of France. Other hand-picked wines will also be served from the region, which are made by artisan producers and are outstanding examples of their style.

Res Fortes Red Roussillon 2014. A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvedre, the blend consists of 40% Grenache Noir aged in Puncheons Barrels. 40% Grenache Noire tank aged, 10% tank aged Syrah and 10% tank aged Mourvedre.
