Movement and Making, Pilates & Macrame with Tansy, March 16th, 1:00pm- 3:45/4:00pm (SOLD OUT) ****

Join us for a mindful afternoon of mindful movement and making, in our newly appointed events dome. 

Join multitalented Tansy (founder of Turning Tide Pilates), for an invigorating Pilates lesson, followed by a macrame making session, where you will make 2 stylish and beautiful Macrame feather and key chains/ bag charm.  

Tansy is not only an award winning Pilates instructor, but also has a fine art background and is an active member of Prism Textiles (an international contemporary textile group). 

Finish the afternoon with a glass of wine from The Secret Vineyard and a slice of cake. 

This is a super relaxed and friendly event, you do not have to have any prior Pilates or craft experience. We will ask that you fill out a health/ medical questionnaire to help Tansy facilitate a smooth class.  

Arrive at Lime Cross for 1:00 pm, the class starts at 1:15pm- 2:15pm, Macrame making from 2:15pm-3:30pm, finish the day with cake and wine !
