I am passionate about sound healing through gongs and singing bowls, and I am really interested in how powerful these sound vibrations are. I like to weave these elements into my yoga classes too.
"For more than 4 years I have been studying the sacred Sanskrit Vedas - ancient religious texts, considered to be the oldest scriptures of Hinduism. Chanting was my introduction into the powerful healing world of sound.
Fully insured and registered gong practitioner with The College of Sound Healing.
Completed Gong Practitioners Training with world-renowned Sheila Whittaker.
Completed Gongmaster Training at Hawkwood College, with the Grandmaster Gong player Don Conreaux and Gongmeister Aidan Mcintyre.

Arrive at Lime Cross/ The Secret Vineyard at 5:00pm for 5:15pm start. Bring a comfy roll out mat to lay on, a warm blanket and pillow, an eye mask if you have one.
If you came to the Sound Bath in November, please be reassured that the space will be warmer! But please make sure you wear something warm and bring a blanket etc and if you feel the cold a hot water bottle is a good idea.
Sound Bath from 5:15pm- 6:15pm. Tea and cake to finish- 6:30pm.
Park in the main car park and go through the main entrance to the former café/ shop space.
